WINVN PetToys is the pet product line of WINVN INT CO., LTD — a Vietnam-based manufacturer built on a simple observation: the highlands that grow the world's coffee also retire thousands of aging trees every year. We turn that wood into chew toys instead of letting it burn.
Every material we use had another life first.
Every coffee tree has a working life. After 20–25 years, a tree stops giving the yield a farm needs, and it comes out of the ground to make room for a new one — leaving behind a trunk most farms have no use for. In Gia Lai and Đắk Lắk, Vietnam's coffee heartland, that used to mean firewood. We saw a chew toy instead.
That single insight became four product lines. Coffee wood, coconut husk fiber, hemp rope, dried loofah gourd — nothing manufactured from scratch, nothing freshly logged. Every material we use was already grown, already harvested, already on its way out of another industry's supply chain. We just gave it a second job.
A shipment went mouldy. That's why the protocol exists.
Before WINVN was formally registered, a shipment of coffee wood chews went mouldy in transit. The wood felt dry when it left Vietnam — it met humidity inside a sealed container and arrived unsellable.
That failure is the reason every batch today goes through a six-stage drying and quality protocol with five checkpoints, why moisture is measured and logged below 14% before a single piece is packed, and why roughly 20% of intake never reaches a carton — rejected by hand, before it becomes anyone's problem downstream. Each piece then ships vacuum-sealed with a desiccant sachet.
We keep that story on the website on purpose. A supplier who has never had a bad shipment either hasn't shipped much, or isn't telling you about the one that went wrong.
